Memorial Day Activities in Bristol

The Bristol Veterans Council will hold their Annual Memorial Day ceremonies and parade beginning at North Burial Ground (Colt State Park) at 9:30 am on Monday, May 29.

The ceremony will include the Bristol Police Department Honor Guard and guest speakers to commemorate fallen soldiers.

The contingent, including representatives of the military branches, will parade to the War Memorial Garden behind the Burnside Building where the ceremony will conclude with a wreath laying ceremony at 10:30 am.

Free shuttles will transport participants from the Burnside Building to the North Burial Ground beginning at 8 am.

All are invited to attend.

Bristol Town Hall and Municipal Offices will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023 to observe Memorial Day.
