Planning Board

The Planning Board studies and reviews development plans based on the needs and existing resources in town. The purpose of these plans is to improve the health, safety, and general welfare of community members.

The Planning Board studies and provides recommendations in a variety of areas including Land Use Regulations, Transportation Facilities, Redevelopment, Public Facilities, Housing, and Historic Preservation.
