Elderly Citizens Alzheimer’s Dementia Registry

The Bristol Police Department would like to have a close working relationship with residents in the community who may have elderly family members who suffer from Alzheimer’s or have been diagnosed with dementia.

By providing us valuable information, should an elderly citizen wander away from home, or a care giver, this information will already be accessible to police and other first responders should a search be necessitated to reunite you with your loved one.

Information provided to the police department via the form provided below, will be kept in the strictest confidence, and will only be utilized in an emergent situation.

It is our continuing goal to protect all of the citizens in the community.

The true measure of any society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members

If you are interested in providing information on an elderly family member in your care, please complete the form below.
