The Bristol Police Department in its commitment to public safety currently maintains 6 child safety seat inspectors and installers.
These officers are available to conduct a child seat check during their respective shifts. Calls for appointments should be made directly to one of these officers.
Information
If the officer is currently not on duty, ask to be forwarded to his or her voicemail for an appointment. Periodically, child seat clinics are held at the Bristol Police Department on weekends and these dates and times are advertised in the Bristol Phoenix or online. There is no fee for this service.
Clinics
Free clinics are held periodically throughout the year. The Bristol Police Department will publish an announcement when a clinic is scheduled.
