To obtain an accident report you may purchase a copy at the Records Office of the Police Department during normal business hours. It is advised that you call in advance to check the availability of your report. You can reach the Records Office at 401-253-6900 and select option 5 from the recorded menu. Office hours are indicated below.
Accident reports are usually available within 72 hours after the crash.
