In accordance with the Rhode Island General Law Section 45-23-30, the purpose of these regulations is to establish procedural and substantive provisions for the subdivision and development of land that will, consistent with the provisions of the Comprehensive Community Plan and the Zoning Ordinance.

Technical Review Committee
The Technical Review Committee (“TRC”), reviews project applications, provides comment and make recommendations to the planning board.
The Planning Board guides the growth and development of the community. The Board ensures projects align with Bristol’s Comprehensive Plan.
