How do I register for a vaccination appointment?
State-Run Vaccination Sites
By appointments only. Currently scheduling for 65+.
- When: Vaccination appointments can now be scheduled online or by phone.
- Where: The State will be offering vaccinations by appointment only. Parking information and directions for the locations can be found here.

- How to Schedule: Eligible Rhode Islanders can sign up for appointments online and over the phone in English and Spanish. A person can schedule and consent to vaccination, in-person or by phone, for another person with verbal approval.

Please Note: Residents who are eligible to receive the vaccine under the State’s current phase will be able to sign up for appointments. Appointments for the State-Run Vaccination Sites will be on a first-come first-served basis. Rhode Islanders can not walk in without an appointment and get vaccinated.

Bristol-Run Vaccination Site
75+ Only
The Town of Bristol is accepting pre-registrations for residents age 75+ for the COVID-19 vaccine. As vaccines become available, the Town of Bristol will contact residents on the waitlist to schedule their first COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
Residents age 75+ interested in being placed on the town’s vaccination waitlist can register in two different ways:
- By Phone – To register by phone, residents can call the Parks & Recreation Senior Services Office at 401-253-1611 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. If the phone line is busy, please leave a message with your contact information and a staff member will call you back.

In-Home Vaccinations
Homebound Residents Only
Expected to begin the week of 03/01/2021
On Thursday, February 18th, 2021, the State of Rhode Island launched a survey tool to collect information from homebound individuals who are seeking in-home COVID-19 vaccinations.
If you are unable to leave home to receive COVID-19 vaccination, or are the healthcare provider or family caregiver of someone who is homebound, please inform RIDOH through the following form: bit.ly/homeboundvax.
In-home vaccination appointments are expected to be scheduled beginning the week of March 1st, 2021.

How can I sign up for Bristol’s COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist?
Bristol residents aged 75+ interested in being placed on the waitlist can register in two different ways:

Who can sign up for Bristol’s COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist?
At this time, the Town of Bristol is only accepting waitlist sign-ups from Bristol residents age 75+.
Residents will be required to show legal photo identification to verify date-of-birth prior to receiving a vaccine. Resident under the age of 75 will be removed from the online waitlist.
This guidance will be updated as more information is made available from the Rhode Island Department of Health.
Do I need a doctor’s note to sign up for Bristol’s COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist?
No. Beginning February 1st, 2021, at 8:30 AM, all seniors 75 and older can register online on this page or by calling the 401-253-1611 between the hours of 8:30 AM-3:30 PM on Monday-Friday.
Is there a way to confirm that my name got on Bristol’s COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist?
After completing the registration online, residents will see a confirmation that states, “Thank you for your submission. As COVID-19 vaccines become available, a Town of Bristol representative will contact you to schedule your vaccination appointment.”
How will appointments get scheduled for the Bristol-Run Vaccination Site?
As vaccines become available, the Town of Bristol will contact residents on the waitlist to schedule their first COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
Residents will receive information about their second vaccination appointment time after receiving their first COVID-19 shot.
Where is the Bristol-Run Vaccination Site?
Bristol’s Vaccination Site is located at the Bristol Quinta-Gamelin Community Center (101 Asylum Road, Bristol, RI 02809).
Please Note: Residents are required to have an appointment and identification.
How is the Town distributing the COVID-19 vaccine?
Bristol will be following the Rhode Island Department of Health’s distribution guidelines.
For residents age 75+, the Town will be using an age-based approach with the most senior residents being called first as vaccines become available.

Individuals interested in volunteering for the Town’s vaccination clinics can submit a volunteer application using the link below. Please Note: All volunteers must undergo a background check.
