COVID-19 Vaccinations- Bristol-Run Vaccination Site
On Saturday, March 13th, 2021, the Town of Bristol successfully completed the first dose delivery of the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine to residents primarily 75 and older. Over the next four weeks, the Town will be working to administer the second dose of the vaccine to the same population. Residents at Benjamin Church Manor and School/Childcare personnel will also receive their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the end of March.
To date, the Town clinics has administered 5,496 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
With the State’s moves to a regional vaccination distribution model, there are no further allocations of the COVID-19 vaccine to the Town at this time. The Town of Bristol will continue to work closely with RIDOH to ensure all residents can get vaccinated.
Moving forward, all new vaccination appointments should be done through the State-Run Vaccination Sites, Select Local Pharmacies, or Select Hospitals.
