BRISTOL, RI– On Thursday, January 28th, 2021, Bristol Town Administrator Steven Contente announced Bristol’s COVID-19 vaccination registration process for senior residents.
Beginning Monday, February 1st, 2021, at 8:30 AM, Bristol residents aged 75 years and older can sign up to be placed on Bristol’s COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist. As vaccines become available, the Town of Bristol will contact residents on the waitlist to schedule their first COVID-19 vaccination appointment. Bristol will be following the Rhode Island Department of Health’s distribution guidelines. The Town will be using an age-based list with the most senior residents being called first as vaccines become available.
Residents can register two different ways:
- Online – The online registration form will be available at www.bristolri.gov/vaccination beginning February 1st, 2021 at 8:30 AM.
- By Phone – To register by phone, residents can call the Parks & Recreation Senior Services Office at 401-253-1611 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. If the phone line is busy, please leave a message with your contact information and a staff member will call you back.
“The Town of Bristol is establishing this list now so as soon as the doses are delivered, we can call our residents and get them vaccinated,” said Bristol Town Administrator Steven Contente.
